1536 Well Washer/Dispenser

Kalypsys' industrially designed 1536 well washer/dispenser is an extremely robust and highly configurable device. The dispenser is routinely used to accurately plate a variety of cell types, bulk reagents, and/or SPA beads. Reliability and usability were the focus when designing this system. Adjustments for volume accuracy as well as tip-to-tip precision take minutes. On the rare occasion that a clog does occur it is usually in the tip, not the valve. Tips are separate from the more expensive valves and can easily be changed in seconds.

• 1 - 10 uL into a 384 well plate < 30 seconds
• 10 - 50 uL into a 96 well plate in < 30 seconds
• One straight 8 tip dispense head
• One angled 8 tip dispense head
• One 32 tip aspiration head
• Dispense technology utilizes Lee valves with pressurized containers
